Staging offers a myriad of benefits to the property you are selling. It allows the buyer to fully envision and feel how the space could be utilized and creates undeniable emotional connections in listing photos. It can make the property more ‘turn-key’, or ‘move-in ready’ right from the get go, which is both attractive and memorable when the buyer is faced with many choices. We will work with you using items you already have creating a staging plan for each room of your home. Using color, texture, well placed furniture and accent pieces, we will make the positive energy of your home translate into photos that will attract potential buyers. We end each staging session by saging the home to welcome in positive energy and intentions.
